The My Copilot AI Zero-Training Pledge
We do not use your private contracts, client correspondence, invoice balances, taste profiles, or spending receipts to train, fine-tune, or improve public foundational AI models. All LLM invocations through our Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and web apps utilize enterprise inference agreements with zero-data-retention training clauses.
1. Information We Collect
We adhere strictly to the principle of data minimization. Depending on which single-purpose utility you utilize, we collect only the data necessary to execute that job:
- Account Information: Your email address and authentication tokens for subscription management.
- Billable Copilot AI: Ephemeral communication snippets submitted for scope detection and client invoice generation.
- Money Copilot AI: User-inputted transaction amounts, categories, and uploaded receipt images for OCR extraction. We never request or store banking login credentials.
- Frame Copilot AI: Search briefs, negative space coordinates, and taste profile parameters.
2. Zero Model Training Architecture
Under no circumstances is your user data sold, rented, or contributed to third-party artificial intelligence training corpuses. Inference queries made to underlying LLM providers (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, etc.) are executed via API agreements that explicitly prohibit model fine-tuning on customer payloads.
3. Data Security & Storage
Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Data in transit between your local workstation (Cursor, Claude Desktop, VS Code) and our MCP edge servers is protected via TLS 1.3.
4. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You maintain complete ownership of your data. You may request immediate, permanent deletion of your account and all associated edge database records at any time by emailing support@contact.copilotai.live. Requests are processed within 48 hours.
