1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website at copilotai.live, any of its subdomains (including billable.copilotai.live, money.copilotai.live, and frame.copilotai.live), or utilizing our Model Context Protocol (MCP) packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
My Copilot AI LLC operates single-purpose software utilities delivered via web interfaces and the open Model Context Protocol. Services include, but are not limited to:
- Billable Copilot AI: Scope tracking, revision logging, and freelancer billing radar.
- Money Copilot AI: Personal and solo-business spending tracking, budget monitoring, and receipt OCR without bank credential requirements.
- Frame Copilot AI: AI art director for stock photography, Blurhash composition analysis, and visual curation.
- Studio MCP Servers: Direct tool connectors for Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Cursor, and VS Code.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree to use our tools only for lawful business and personal purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source algorithms from non-open-source studio binaries.
- Circumvent API rate limits, authentication tokens, or protocol access controls.
- Transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing materials through our MCP tool invocations.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand Clarification
All software, visual assets, documentation, and trademarks associated with "My Copilot AI", "Billable Copilot AI", "Money Copilot AI", and "Frame Copilot AI" are the property of My Copilot AI LLC.
5. Subscriptions & Cancellations
Paid tiers (e.g. Billable Copilot Solo/Studio, Frame Copilot Pro/Team) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Outputs provided by our tools (such as scope estimates, budget categories, or image recommendations) are informational and should be reviewed with professional diligence.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
